CVCrafter (a product of pixknot) provides a platform that allows you to upload your resume and job description. Using an automated language model (LLM), the Service generates tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview questions and answers based on your provided information. Generated files are temporarily stored on our cloud servers for 24 hours to facilitate service delivery.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Registration

User Content: You are solely responsible for all content you upload ("User Content"). By submitting your resume, job description, or any other information, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to do so.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. CVCrafter is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.
User Accounts: If the Service requires account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account, and you may be held liable for any actions taken using your account.

4. Payment Terms

While you retain rights to your original User Content, the Generated Content is provided for your personal use only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any Generated Content for accuracy and suitability.

Service Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Generated Content Disclaimer: The Generated Content is provided for informational purposes only. CVCrafter does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are solely responsible for any decisions based on the Generated Content.
Third-Party Content: The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CVCrafter. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Service Availability and Uptime Disclaimer
